From bald eagles to blue herons, black bears, deer, and a myriad of other critters in southern West Virginia you know never what you might see. Take a stop at the Brooks Overlook to enjoy a view of an eagle's nest. 

Our rivers are family friendly. Float on your own or with a guide. Cantrell Ultimate Rafting and Pipestem Adventures will be happy to guide you on a river trip. C.A.N Outdoors will rent you some gear and provide shuttle services.

From half hour to two hour trail rides, R&R Stables puts the 

“giddy-up” in horseback riding. They are located within Pipestem Resort State Park and offer plenty of scenic trail rides.
